Ms. Cynthia Addo is In-house-Counsel and Company Secretary for Golden Beach Hotels and its Subsidiary Companies; namely, La Palm Beach Limited, Golden Beach Resorts Limited and Busua Beach Resorts Limited.
Ms. Addo obtained her LLB degree from the University of London in 1988. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a member of Lincoln’s Inn in 1989. After her call to the Bar, she joined the Essex Magistrates’ Courts Service as a Legal Advisor and Legal Team Manager for eight years until 1997. During this period, Ms. Addo obtained her LLM degree with merit from the University of London in 1995. In March 1997, Cynthia returned to Ghana and was called to the Ghana Bar in October 1997.
Since her return to Ghana, Cynthia has worked as In-house-Counsel and Company Secretary for a Financial Institution and a Health Insurance Company among others.
She is a member of the following Associations: Ghana Bar Association, Bar of England and Wales, International Bar Association.
